I had a wonderful experience with Marietta Muffler last week. It was the third shop I visited to repair an exhaust leak on my husband’s car. After being quoted nearly $700 elsewhere, I called and spoke with Adrian. He got me in within an hour to diagnose the issue, explain the repair, and provide a quote. The leak was fixed in about 30 minutes thanks to his team. I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity, and fair pricing for quality work. Because of Adrian’s professionalism and transparency, I will definitely return for any future repair needs. Thank you!

I had a really good experience here at Marietta Muffler! T installed an aftermarket exhaust system on my car really quickly and they were able to fit me in on short notice!! Calling in to the shop was easy and the price was good. Looks great, sounds great, and all for a great price!

The lady on the desk and their crew were beyond my expectations, excellent customer service and great craftsmanship, especially on T , he took care of my truck with the catback install! Absolutely recommend!

What a great experience! I just needed a simple patch for a section of my exhaust that I had damaged off-roading. I walked in, they said they would fit me in and the knocked it out in around an hour. T noticed another issue and told me to come back sometime next week and he would address it, nothing critical. Price was fair and, again, it was fast.

December 4, 2024 = Sadly they cost me $550. After I paid them $250 to install a $300 rear catalytic, they conveyed that wouldn’t repair the problem and that I NEEDED TO PAY AN EXTRA $200 to install correct part (front catalytic that costs $560). They didn’t have to install wrong part (that cost me $550) and they could’ve been honorable in doing additional work for discount. But they gladly took $450 for two hours of work. I was foolish to trust them and want to place everyone on notice they AREN’T AS HONEST as prior reviews. Five stars for service / one-star for honesty.
